Scholarships & Financial Aid

Making Education Affordable for Everyone 🎓
At Smt Dhanpata Maurya Pvt ITI, we believe that every deserving student should have the opportunity to pursue quality technical education. To support this belief, we are dedicated to helping our students take full advantage of various government-sponsored scholarship and financial aid schemes. Our administrative office provides complete, step-by-step guidance to ensure you can apply for these schemes with ease and confidence.

The primary financial aid opportunity for our students is the Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement Scheme offered by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. This scheme is designed to support students from economically weaker sections, including Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), Minority, and General categories, who are pursuing post-matriculation courses like ITI.

Under this scheme, eligible students may receive a scholarship amount to cover their living expenses and/or reimbursement of their tuition fees directly in their bank accounts.

While criteria are set yearly by the government, general eligibility requirements include:

  • Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh.
  • Enrollment: Must be enrolled as a regular student in our ITI program for the current academic session.
  • Income Limit: Annual family income must be below the threshold set for your category.
  • Category: Must belong to SC, ST, OBC, Minority, or General (Economically Weaker Section).
  • Bank Account: Must have an Aadhar-linked bank account in your own name.

Navigating the application process can seem daunting, but we are here to help. Our dedicated staff will guide you throughout:

  1. Information Session: Awareness sessions at the beginning of the academic year inform students about timelines and process.
  2. Document Verification: Staff will verify that all necessary documents are ready before application.
  3. Online Application Support: Assistance in filling out the online form on the official portal (scholarship.up.gov.in).
  4. Submission & Forwarding: Institute verifies and forwards your application to the District Welfare Office in time.
