  • First Sessional / Internal Test: October 20 - 22, 2025
  • Dussehra Holidays: October 2 - 4, 2025
  • Diwali Break: October 21 - 25, 2025
  • Second Sessional / Internal Test: December 15 - 17, 2025
  • Last Working Day of Semester: January 10, 2026 (Saturday)
  • Final Practical Examinations (AITT): January 12 - 16, 2026
  • Final Theory Examinations (AITT): January 19 - 24, 2026
  • Winter Vacation: January 27 - February 1, 2026

  • Commencement of Classes: February 2, 2026 (Monday)
  • Holi Break: March 6 - 7, 2026
  • First Sessional / Internal Test: April 13 - 15, 2026
  • Second Sessional / Internal Test: June 8 - 10, 2026
  • Last Working Day of Semester: July 4, 2026 (Saturday)
  • Final Practical Examinations (AITT): July 6 - 11, 2026
  • Final Theory Examinations (AITT): July 13 - 20, 2026
  • Summer Vacation Commences: July 21, 2026 (Tuesday)

The institute will remain closed on the following public holidays. (Dates for some holidays are subject to change).

  • Independence Day: August 15, 2025
  • Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti: October 2, 2025
  • Guru Nanak Jayanti: November 15, 2025
  • Christmas Day: December 25, 2025
  • Republic Day: January 26, 2026
  • Maha Shivaratri: February 23, 2026
  • Ram Navami: April 5, 2026
  • Good Friday: April 17, 2026
  • Eid-ul-Fitr / Eid-ul-Azha: As per official announcements

  • Attendance: Minimum of 80% in both theory and practical classes is mandatory to appear for the final AITT examinations.
  • Examinations: Dates for the All India Trade Test (AITT) are set by NCVT and changes will be communicated promptly.
  • Updates: Students must regularly check the institute's main notice board for updates or changes to the calendar.
